Abstract
In this novel the main character Personne (Nobody) finds himself in a state of extraneity from normality. The absence of identity, inherent in his very name, allows him to live other lives, to meet or to create other <<personnes>> (persons), in a kaleidoscope that reflects parallel, overlapping stories. Who is Personne? What is his function? His name is the allegory of literary creativity, where reality and fiction no longer belong to separate worlds but meet each other. Therefore, writing is the result of a diffraction which recomposes itself in the novel’s provisional conclusion.
